Global Updates
1. Changed the Project Manager Current Account box to say "All Selected Accounts" instead of "All Accounts" when the user doesn't have access to all accounts.
2. Added the ability for Manufacturers to edit the Details section of Specials
3. Added the Specials Reference Number to special products on Product Entry & Project Review screens [[File:]]
