When starting Order Express, the splash screen appears briefly and then disappears

Order Express Splash Screen

This issue can occur under the following circumstances:

  • A previous instance of Order Express did not fully close.
  • Required files are missing from the installation directory.
  • The installation directory contains files that are not the correct version.

In most cases, this issue can be resolved by performing an Extended (Full) Uninstall.
