When starting Order Express, the splash screen appears briefly and then disappears
This issue can occur under the following circumstances:
- A previous instance of Order Express did not fully close.
- Required files are missing from the installation directory.
- The installation directory contains files that are not the correct version.
In most cases, this issue can be resolved by performing an Extended (Full) Uninstall.
